Yeah!! Aimee's in town... it's so weird that she doesn't live in AZ anymore... but she's managed to make it home about every three months so I always really enjoy her visits.
This time me and Justin met up with Aimee & Julie at Cowboy Ciao http://www.cowboyciao.com/ in Scottsdale for dinner. We had been there once before back in college. It's a different type of menu in a really cool setting. The best thing on the menu is the Chopped Salad!!!! I mean it's pretty unbelievable. In fact Aimee some how got the recipe out of our waiter.
After dinner we had a slumber party.. just like old times!

Ahhh... I really miss these two so much!! I worked with both of them at Seville and we had some super fun times together.... Kimmy is my former assistant and Sarah worked with just recently up until she moved back to Seattle. We met up for lunch just before Sarah left... Congrats on your new adventures Sarah, you will be missed :)

4th of July ~ Snakes, Fireworks, and Wieners!
4th of July is always kind of random with us. We never have any "set" plans, which is actually really kind of nice. So this year... we had tons of fun with some friends. On Friday July 3rd, we hit up the "Tuttle's" 4th of July Bash (no pics from this night ) but we got to see Tony and Jacquie's new home!!! Which is totally awesome because it's nearly RIGHT ACROSS the street from us... finally the Tuttles are back within walking distance. Yeah!!!
Then the next night we went to the "Parson's" 4th of July party. Which is where Tom's Ball Python made an appearance.

What an amazing day! What a wonderful couple! What incredible flowers!! My mom and I had a wonderful opportunity to be apart of Michel and Heather's wedding day on June 27th, 2009 at SASSI. I worked with Heather for the past 5 months as her Wedding Coordinator, along with assisting my mom in her first official wedding as a Floral Designer!Mom created all the floral for the wedding including the bridal bouquet, corsages, centerpieces, cake flowers, arch and ceremony flowers, along with the arrangements for the cocktail, gift, and place card tables!!! I was just in awe of how beautiful every thing turned out!!
And I had a blast spending time with Heather on her special day as well as at all of our meetings prior to the wedding day!
All of her professional photos were captured by Still Life Studios... (as seen below) ! I will follow up with more close ups of the floral design... but for now I had to post a few images.

NACE Elements Competition
I'm truly so proud to work at Seville and work in the Event Industry!! We really have so much fun! Last month Seville participated for the first time in the NACE Elements Competition. Renata Hodl and I have now worked together at Seville for 5 years... Renata is our Director of Banquets and I just love her!!! She's incredibly talented at taking an idea and making it come to life... this competiton was truly her baby... I was simply along for support and to promote Private Events at Seville!!! We were the only Country Club to participate in the contest!!!
Our assigned element was: Cairo
Although we didn't win this year, I was so proud of Renata- and the Seville Team!!! We really showed off what we offer to our clients to make their events magical!!!!

Justin's Birthday Night Out with Friends!!
Ya know... there's lots of fun to be had in Chandler, Arizona!!! For Justin's 29th Birthday we decided to keep it low key and hang with our Chandler crew.
This adventurous night consisted of many things of which Justin can hardly remember.. but after all he was the birthday boy!
Tom & Mo Parson, Tony & Jacquie Tuttle, and Us.... had a night out on the town!
The night begin with boats of sushi across the lake (still can't quite figure the name of the place)
Followed by a surprise birthday song, sung by the entire bar at Valle Luna
( apparently they love us there.....)
Then off to Dos Gringos
Followed by more Birthday surprises!!!!
And on to a few more locations resulting back at our home into this: Our neighbors love us :)
Happy Birthday Baby.... this year will be sure to be a good one!!!

Justin's Birthday Celebration!!!
Happy Happy Birthday Justin.... can't believe you're 29 now!!! You were 22 when I first met you! Do you remember your first birthday we spent together??? I remember I was so nervous trying to pick out a gift for you... and now to think I still get nervous when I pick out your gifts... but maybe that's because this year I bought you A NEW PUPPY!!! And, I know that's not what you were asking for.. but aren't you SO GLAD we got her!!!
Olive Starr joined our family on Saturday June 18th and she is so so so precious!!! Let me back up a little bit....
The day started as a normal birthday morning.......
I made Justin breakfast and he opened a few gifts... with the help of Sammy!
After a long day of school and work we met up with Justin's mom at Tempe Market Place for dinner ~ where we enjoyed a nice dinner at Cadillac Ranch
Following dinner... we decided to just go a "take a look" and the next thing I know we return home after a long day with our newest addition to the family: our new lil baby "Olive Starr"!!!
She is just the sweetest little mini dachshund I've ever met... very easy going and such a smooch!
We just love her, welcome to the family Olive!!!One Year Down only Two More to Go!
Justin attended his Pinning Ceremony with his Mom on June 15th at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre & received his "pin" which was presented to students completing their first year of study.
What does that mean? One Year Down and only Two More to Go!
Wow...can't believe it! Justin has completed his first year of P.T. School!!!!! I'm so proud of him, he's REALLY been working so hard balancing this really challenging P.T. program, working at Seville as a Personal Trainer, shooting weddings for Still Life on the weekends, launching his own photo company, while all at the same time being a wonderful husband to me and putting up with our hectic social schedule.....
I love you so much Justin, and I know I don't say it enough but please know I'm so proud of you! You are such a driven person.....

Welcome to the World: Liam Keegan (By Social Grace Studios)
Well... he's finally here!!! Our dear friends Andrea and Noah have welcomed their sweet baby boy!! We are so happy for them and Liam is just amazing! We were able to capture a few wonderful Newborn Photos of Liam but since Justin is still editing this shoot I decided to only post one photo for now, until Andrea and Noah have had a chance to see them all:) I will post more a later time....
