"There's no combination of words I could put on the back of a postcard... No song I could sing... But I can try for your heart...Our dreams, and they are made out of real things... Like a, shoebox of photographs... With sepiatone loving... Love is the answer, At least for most of the questions in my heart... Like why are we here? And where do we go? And how come it's so hard? It's not always easy and... Sometimes life can be deceiving... I'll tell you one thing its always better when we're together..."

7th Annual Halloween Party: Starr Style

Another Halloween, another Halloween Party.  This year life was crazy so we decided the funnest and easiest option was to take the party on the road!  So.... Party Bus ~ Check!  Next we needed a fun and easy theme guests could through together quickly without having to drop a ton of cash and be comfortable being seen in public ~ Check!  Last we needed a group of fun outgoing people who never take themselves too seriously ~ Check! At last, our 7th Annual Halloween: Studio 54 Party was born!!!!

The evening was filled with VIP Treatment all the way!!!!

Everyone was decked out in their 70s Club gear and ready to have an amazing time!

Aimee even flew all the way to Georgia just to attend the party!  And as always, she was the "life of the party" !!
Mattie was there sporting his "ROY" outfit, also the "life of the party" !!
(P.S. How great is this shot? It looks straight out of a 70s movie)

1st timers to our party:  Mike and Heather Kinkle not only looked amazing but we also incredibly fun to hang out with!!!!  And they totally rocked their outfits!!

Host and Hostess with the Mostess......

My cousin Nina is always a blast.  She sported roller skates the entire evening, well until the bouncers at Martini Ranch made her take them off.

Julie fit this look way too good!!  I believe she also won the scavenger dare list... asking random strangers for things like a business card, a piggy back ride, rubbing bald heads... and those were the easy dares.

Blast from the past, my favorite high school girls of all time, Aimee, Addie, and me.... 10 years later and still going strong....

You simply...."had to be there" !!!!

Thank you to all of our friends who attended our awesome party...Here's to another year!!!!

I know, I know, I'm slacking......

I'm just waiting for my favorite guy to finish editing all the Halloween pics so I can get caught up.  I've done well all year with this silly blog.... and now I'm behind...it's so weird how much it bugs me.....
Posting these blogs has been such a creative release for me... I really don't think anyone ever looks at this website but the none the less, it helps me appreciate the people I love and the fun times we have...

Justin has finals this week and then I can start bugging him again about the Halloween photos ~ or I can simply learn how to edit myself, I sure he would appreciate that ;)

Until then.... keep on rockin in the free world............

Also I thought you might enjoy another weiner photo... I do believe Olive was in mid sneeze during this photo, but I think it's cute because she looks like her Aunt Aimee....I'm just saying.,.....

I can't sleep.....

The past four nights I've been exhausted but for some reason I just can't sleep.  The reunion was beyond amazing... more than I could have ever dreamed of... sounds weird right?  a reunion?  But there was just something magical in the air that night.... maybe it was the sparkling crystals dangling off of the tree branches, maybe it was the songs that brought back so many fun memories... maybe it was just having so many wonderful people in the same room together.

I feel a little like I did after my wedding.  After my wedding I was so sad to think that I would never have all the people I love in the same room again ever.

Photos to come soon ...............
